Adv. Rachel Arnin is a partner in the firm’s private equity department.

Rachel specializes in fund formation and on-going representation of private investment funds.  Rachel started her career as an M&A and commercial lawyer and has significant expertise in sophisticated commercial transactions.

In addition, Rachel is a Partner in the firm’s private clients’ team, and, as such, she drafts wills and testaments, as well financial and trust agreements for the firm’s private clients, and her work often involves various international aspects. Rachel is licensed to represent clients in the making of a durable power of attorney under Israeli law.

Rachel completed her academic studies at Haifa University in 2011 and obtained an LLB degree and obtained her LLM from Tel Aviv University in 2016.

Prior to her admission to the Israel Bar Association, Rachel completed her internship at S. Horowitz & Co, before beginning her professional career as an associate attorney at Salinger & Co.

Rachel joined Raveh Haber & Co. in 2015.
