Adv. Rachel Arnin is a member of the firm’s private equity department.
In the scope of her work as an attorney, Rachel has garnered extensive professional experience. Rachel started her career as an M&A and commercial lawyer, and continues to devote a portion of her practice to such matters. In addition, Rachel is involved with the formation and on -going representation of private investment funds.
Furthermore, Rachel is a member of the firm’s private client team, and, as such, she drafts wills and testaments, as well financial and trust agreements for the firm’s private clients, and her work often involves various international aspects.
During her academic studies, Rachel served as an academic assistant to Prof. Michal Gal in the field of antitrust law.
Prior to her admission to the Israel Bar Association, Rachel completed her internship at S. Horowitz & Co, before beginning her professional career as an associate attorney at Salinger & Co.
Rachel joined Raveh Haber & Co. in 2015.
