Adv. Chaim Tekuzener is a partner in the firm’s private equity department.

In the scope of his work as an attorney, Chaim has garnered vast professional experience, including, inter alia, forming investment funds (including some with uniquely complex structures), drafting commercial agreements, providing ongoing services and legal advice to fund management clients and sponsors, as well as to both private investors and institutions in connection with their investments in Israel and abroad, and general legal guidance and representation of clients in their ongoing operations.

During his academic studies, Chaim served as an academic assistant to Dr. Miriam Marcowitz-Bitton and Prof. Leah Chan Grinvald in the field of intellectual property, and to former judge Dr. Bilha Cahana in the field of medical malpractice. Furthermore, Chaim served as a member of the editorial board of both the “Law, Religion and State” academic journal published by Brill (2011), and the “Democratic Culture” academic journal published by the Israel Democracy Institute (2012). In addition, Chaim served as a volunteer at the ‘Crime Victims Unit’ of the Criminal Department in the State Attorney Office, and at the legal aid center at the Rabbinical Court of Jerusalem.

Chaim completed his academic studies at Bar Ilan University in 2014 and has an LLB degree in Law (magna cum laude).

Prior to his admittance to the Israel Bar Association, Chaim completed his pre-internship at Ofir Katz and Co., and subsequently his internship at Tulchinsky Stern Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co.

Chaim joined Raveh Haber & Co. in 2015.
